Follow the below mentioned steps to find tools if you are unable to locate on your toolbars: 

1) Right click on Menu Bar to open Customize toolbar.

2) Open Commands tab.

3) Scroll down in Commands panel (on right side) to find desired tool.

4) Hole left mouse click on desired tool and drag it out to somewhere on any toolbar visible in your application window.

5) Icon for desired tool will appear on the toolbar where you released mouse click after dragging.
