Follow the steps below, exactly in the same order for the clean install of TurboFloorPlan Windows: 

• Go to Programs and Features and uninstall TFP
• Delete all these folders

           Go to C --> Program files (x86) --> IMSIDesign --> verify if there is any file present --> if so --> delete the files and the IMSIDesign folder

           C --> ProgramData --> IMSIDesign --> verify if there is any file present --> if so --> delete the files and the IMSIDesign folder

• Repeat all for all the drives where you installed the program
• Run a Registry cleanup

           Start --> All Programs --> Accessories --> Disk cleanup --> clean all unnecessary files from all the drives where you installed the program

• Run Spybot or Adware (we are not looking for virus but for malware)

Now you are ready for the installation but follow these steps

• If your computer is part of a network, disconnect it from the network and perform the installation just in one computer
• Install as Administrator --> notice that it is not the same that Run as Administrator --> you need to Log in as Administrator and after this --> install the program
• Accept the file locations, you can change the locations after
