If the icons appear too large or too small, or the text seems to be merged and unreadable, or the palettes seem to be out of order, then please check the value for display scaling level and adjust accordingly. Normally, it is recommended to keep it 100. Below are the steps that might help you check/reset the display settings of your system. 

1) Open Display settings 

2) Click on Advanced Display settings

3) Click on Advanced sizing of text and other items

4) Click on Custom Sizing level

5) Make it 100% and click OK. 

Please note that, before you do reset display settings, TurboCAD should be closed, and open it again after when you have reset the display scaling level.
