The issue is not related to RedSDK or any other hardware, These problems are caused by the following modules:

1. TCCommon.dll

2. TSPalette.dll

3. ViewAPI.dll

4. ViewAPIfunc.dll


To resolve this issue remove the files mentioned above from 'Palettes' directory and move them to the new folder. You can access the palettes directory by going to C:\Program Files\IMSIDesign\TCWP2017\Program64\Palettes. See the image below.
