You can extract the file DesignCADInstantCADSymbolsArchiveForV24.zip anywhere. Then run DesignCAD go to File menu and select load symbols. Select the path of the folder DesignCADInstantCADSymbolsArchiveForV24 and select the symbols you want to load. Video for help is attached.
