To complete a clean install of TurboCAD Mac first delete the following folders:
- Applications -> TurboCAD Mac
- Delete "com.imsi.turbocadmacpro10ESD" (this example is for TC Mac Pro). It can be found at Home -> Library -> Application Support Remove this, be sure you get the right one, other TurboCAD apps that may be on your system will have similar names.
- Library-> Application Support-> IMSIz
For step three, don't remove the whole IMSI folder unless TurboCAD V10 is the only TurboCAD app you have. Open the IMSI folder and delete the TurboCAD V10 file only.
Sierra is supposed to fix permissions for you, so the option of fixing the permission is not required.
