To run the program please right click the program icon and select "Run as Administrator".

You can select the desired User Interface from the pop up.

You can also change interface settings from with in the program by going to Tools / Workspace / Customize / Options tab

Select the desired user interface from the drop down menu and press Load From, restart program when a pop asks you for permission.
