Please download and install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Libraries both x86 and x64 from below link:

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=52685


After successful installation of above libraries, run TurboCAD again.

Issue will be resolved.
