1-Open file and select new.
2-Click on open select .dwg format and click on setup.
3-Click on "Set Defaults" then click ok.
4-Select file REM_03.dwg file.
5-Only document frame will be loaded.

Note: Attached files REM_03.dwg and Mech_new_03.cal files should be in the same folder.

Reason:

TurboCAD does not support the CALS bitmap format that is why objects are not loaded.
