1-Open attached wall_w_openings.tcw file.

2-Save it to .IFC format.

3-Close that file and open saved .IFC file.

4-Openings have too large thickness.

Reason:

The wall has the same extent (see Wall&Block.png ). 2D/3D blocks do not exported because the 3D part specified incorrectly.
