Incorrect import of DGN format in TC 2018

Issue:
1-Open new file.
2-Draw multiple spheres.
3-Save this file to .DGN format.
4-Close TC and then open the saved .dgn file.
5-View of objects is incorrect
Reason:
As Designed. ACIS objects cannot be exported to DGN format as is. These are exported as surfaces.
