If you have Windows set up to run with larger-than-normal fonts, you may not be able to see much (if any) of the text in the Double Line Toolbar where you set the Double Line Width. 

You can fix this by enabling large icons in the Options/Options (Q) View tab -- check the box for "Use Large Icons" and click OK.
