Please follow the following steps:

1) Launch application

2) Go to TurboCAD Mac 12 > Preferences

Preferences window will open

3) Go to "Registration" tab and clear the field of "Serial Number"

4) Write "CLEAR" in the field of "Serial Number"

5) Apply > Ok

6) Close the application and launch again
