1. Create a folder in your C drive by the name "Temp" as seen in a screenshot below.

Step 2.  Now right click on "This PC" or your "My Computer" window and click "Properties"

Step 3.   Open "Advance System Settings."

Step 4.   Click on "Environment Variables."

Step 5.  Select  "TEMP" within the Environment Variables window and click "Edit."

Step 6.  Remove or delete the Variable value.

Step 7.  Now click on "Browse Directory and go to C drive and choose "Temp" folder.

Step 8.  Select "TMP", remove the variable value, browse directory and choose "Temp" folder from your C drive.

Now you can run your exe file.
